Schedule 1 Crossplay: How it works

by Michaela

Schedule 1 does not currently offer crossplay. A possible alternative is multiplayer mode, although this is not the same. If cross-platform play is important to you, you may want to consider other games.

Does Schedule 1 offer crossplay?

Schedule 1 does not currently offer crossplay or cross-platform functionality. The game is currently only available on PC (Steam), and all players are in multiplayer mode on the same platform.

  • There is no way to play with players on consoles such as Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch, as the game has not yet been released on these systems.

  • In multiplayer mode, you can play with up to three friends in a lobby on PC.

  • Invitations are sent directly via the Steam interface: Start the game, select the lobby in the main menu, and invite friends using their Steam ID.

  • However, cross-platform play (crossplay) is not possible, as all participants need a PC and must play the game via Steam.

Alternatives to Schedule 1 Crossplay

It is currently unclear whether Schedule 1 will receive crossplay or cross-platform support in the future. The developers have not made any official announcements on this matter (as of May 2025).

  • If the game is released on consoles at a later date, there is a possibility that crossplay will be added – but this is purely speculation at this point.

  • If you are looking for games that support crossplay, there are numerous alternatives. Examples of popular crossplay games include:

  • Rocket League (cross-play between PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch)

  • Dauntless (cross-play between PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch)

  • Temtem (cross-play between PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch)

  • These titles allow you to play with friends across platforms, regardless of whether they use a PC or console.
