If you are looking for a vegan substitute for mascarpone, you can either buy a ready-made cream or simply make your own.

  • This mascarpone alternative is also lactose-free.
  • The cream is suitable for all kinds of dishes and desserts, such as tiramisu.
  • Vegan mascarpone should only be lightly whipped before use to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Silken tofu is another plant-based alternative.
