  • Open the application after downloading it.

  • At the bottom of the window, the program will show you the temperatures of your CPU.

  • You will see the lowest and highest temperatures for each core in a specific time interval. This refers to the last ten seconds.

  • If you would prefer a different measurement interval, you can adjust this in the options.

  • To do this, enter the desired time interval under Options ☻ Settings ☻ Temperature logging interval.

  • Under Options ☻ Overheat protection, you can also set the app to warn you when the CPU reaches or exceeds a certain temperature.

  • If you don’t want to use additional software, you can also display the CPU temperature in the BIOS or UEFI.
