You can transfer your Payback points directly to your account instead of redeeming them for rewards. This feature is hidden on the Payback website.

How to transfer your Payback points to your account

Payback is worthwhile: you can convert your Payback points into cash and have them transferred directly to your account. You receive one cent for each Payback point. You need at least 200 points to make a withdrawal. There are no fees.

• Visit this Payback website and log in.

• Scroll down to “Redeem points for cash.” You will then see your points balance and the points you can redeem. Enter the number of points you want to redeem in the field and click “Continue.”

• Enter your IBAN. Please note that the transfer can only be made to a checking account and that non-SEPA accounts or securities or business accounts are excluded.

• Click “Continue” again and check your details once more. If everything is correct, click “Confirm.”

• According to Payback, the money will be transferred to your account within ten business days.

If you don’t want to transfer the points to your account, you have other options for redeeming Payback points and saving money.

• Redeem directly at the checkout: You can redeem your points directly when paying at Payback partners such as dm, Aral, Thalia, or Fressnapf.

• Rewards from the Payback shop: Exchange your points for rewards such as electronics, household items, vouchers, and more. You can find the rewards shop in the PAYBACK app or online.

• Receive shopping vouchers: You can redeem points for vouchers. You can even do this in-store at Globus and Alnatura stores.

• Donate points: Support charitable causes by donating your points to regional or international organizations.
