A form letter is quickly created with the following clicks.

• Click on the “Tools” category in the menu bar at the top and select the “Mail Merge Wizard” there.

• At the beginning you have to decide whether you want to create the form letter from the current document, a template or a new document.
• In the last step you can save the finished form letter, print it or send it as an e-mail.
