There are many reasons to file a complaint with Lufthansa, whether due to delays, baggage problems, or poor service. Fortunately, it’s easy to do with just a few clicks.
Submit a complaint to Lufthansa – via online form
Lufthansa has created a convenient way to submit complaints. It’s easy to do using the online form. If you are affected by flight irregularities, you can also use this form directly.
- First, open the Lufthansa website.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Help & Contact in the Customer Service section.
- You can now log in with your travel details or select from the overview of frequently searched topics and questions. If you cannot find your problem, please use the feedback form.
- You will also find the item “Provide feedback on your trip” in the overview. Please have your full name, email address, and the region in which you live ready. If available, you can also log in with your Lufthansa ID, under which your data is already stored.
- Before sending feedback or a message, please check whether you can or even need to upload any relevant attachments. This could be a photo as proof of a delay, for example.

- By email: Send an email with your request to [email protected]. Don’t forget to include any attachments that could help with your problem.

- By chat: You can use the Lufthansa chatbot to ask short questions.
