Anyone who ships with UPS or is expecting a delivery needs to be able to quickly contact customer service in case of a problem. In Germany, there are several hotlines, email addresses, and digital service channels for this purpose.

UPS: How to contact them via hotline and email

If you want to contact UPS, you can dial different service numbers depending on your request or send an email.

  • You can reach the UPS central hotline at the local rate by calling 069 66 40 50 60. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Saturdays, UPS employees are available between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • The central hotline serves as a point of contact for all general inquiries regarding packages, shipment tracking, delivery, complaints, shipping questions, and general information about UPS services. Here you can get help with undelivered packages, status inquiries, delivery problems, or other questions about your shipment.
  • If there are any discrepancies or questions specifically about an invoice, UPS has set up a separate hotline for this purpose. You can reach the staff Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 069 66 40 50 70. Only the last two digits differ from the central hotline.
  • Alternatively, you can clarify any questions you may have regarding invoicing via email: [email protected]. Please note that this email address, like the phone number, is only available for billing questions.
  • If you need technical support, for example for UPS software or digital tools, there is a dedicated hotline available at 069 66 30 80 37. Technical support staff are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • There is also a direct email address for this area where you can submit your inquiries. It is [email protected].

Online form and UPS assistant

If you don’t want to call the hotline, you can contact customer service free of charge by email. You will also find a contact form on the official UPS website.

  • In the contact form, enter your name, email address, telephone number, and a detailed description of the problem. This will enable the staff to deal with your request quickly and individually.
  • Another option is the virtual UPS assistant on the website. It is available around the clock and answers general questions, accepts tracking numbers, and guides you through quick solutions with self-service.
