Whether the PlayStation Network is not responding or you have questions about your order, PSN support can help you with all your issues. There are three ways to get help:
- Hotline: The fastest way to reach the PlayStation hotline is by calling the toll-free PSN support number 06102 771 3001. There is no 24-hour hotline. Staff are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Chat: You can also reach staff via chat. Live chat is also available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Email: Another way to contact them is via email at [email protected]
- FAQ: You can also find a FAQ page sorted by category on the manufacturer’s website. Here you will find answers to many common questions about the PlayStation Network. You can find information about current downtime and connection problems on the official website.
