To keep civilization from dying out in your Fallout Shelter bunker, you should regularly ensure that babies are born. We’ll show you how to help the next generation get off to a good start in Fallout Shelter.
Having a Baby in Fallout Shelter
In Fallout Shelter, people often die faster than you’d like. That’s why you should always make sure there are enough children:
- Place a man and a woman with the highest possible Charisma in the same barracks.
- Wait a few minutes, and the two characters will automatically fall in love. This process may take a while—you don’t necessarily have to watch it happen.
- If the characters then disappear into the back room, the woman will return with a baby bump.
- After 3 hours, you’ll be notified of the new arrival. After another 3 hours, the child will grow up and be able to take on their own tasks.
- Note: If the characters do not fall in love with each other, simply swap them out. Closely related characters cannot have children.
