- Using a suitable tool, loosen the screw connections. At the same time, you can also remove the feet, which are usually simply screwed to the wooden frame.

- Now all the screw connections are visible, so you can remove the side and backrests, for example.
- Attention: This is not always possible, sometimes the backrests are additionally sewn or glued and cannot simply be unscrewed. In these cases, disassembly is not possible without further ado. Check this before using force to avoid damage.
How to transport your sofa safely

- Apply protection: Use furniture covers, moving blankets or bubble wrap to protect the sofa from dirt and scratches. Corners and edges in particular should be well padded.

- Stable position in the van: Make sure that the sofa is well secured in the vehicle to prevent it from shifting during the journey.
