If you want to change the aim mode in GTA 5, it’s unfortunately not always as easy as you might think. We’ll show you how to do it without any problems.
Changing the Aim Mode in GTA 5 and GTA Online
- First, switch to Story Mode in GTA 5. You can’t change the aiming mode in GTA Online. However, your single-player settings will carry over here as well.
- Now open the menu and go to “Settings” at the top. “Controls” should already be selected on the left.
- At the bottom, you’ll find the “Aim Mode” option. Here, you’ll have different choices depending on your console.
- For example, choose between “Classic GTA,” “Free Aim,” and “Assisted Aim.”
