  • When you order a product from Joom, you have two hours to cancel your order. After that, your order will be forwarded and shipped.

  • Once the status of your order has changed to “Awaiting shipment,” you can no longer cancel it. This is because Joom only serves as a sales platform; the products are shipped by various suppliers who offer their products for sale via Joom.

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. You can also request a refund if items are defective or damaged. This is possible within 180 days of receiving the goods. To do so, please contact Joom customer service.

  • According to Joom, shipping can take between 7 and 13 days. If your order has not been shipped after 13 days, you can request a refund. The same applies if your product has not arrived after 75 days and is therefore considered lost.

What you should pay attention to when ordering

If you want to order from Joom, there are a few things you should keep in mind.

  • When placing your order, pay attention to the reviews of the sellers and products. Often, several sellers offer the same items for sale.

  • If you are concerned about your money and do not want to trust Joom completely, you should pay with PayPal in the shop. PayPal buyer protection ensures that you get your money back without any hassle, even if Joom does not respond or refuses to refund your purchase.

  • Make sure that you do not pay more than 22 euros per order, including shipping costs. Otherwise, you will have to pay additional customs duties and pick up the product in person at customs. Even for orders under 22 euros, you may have to pick up your package at customs for inspection.

  • If there is a problem with your order, do not contact the seller. Instead, contact Joom customer service. You can do this via Joom’s order tracking system.

  • Please also note that returning goods to China is subject to a fee. This is therefore not usually worthwhile for inexpensive items.
