Depending on the desired scope, you can choose between different price models for Google Workspace.
- The individual models differ, for example, in terms of the number of participants who can take part in video conferences. However, the differences also concern additional functions and the storage space provided.
- There is no difference in terms of the programmes included in Google Workspace.
- Depending on which model you choose, you can use Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calender, Chat, Jamboard, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Sites and Forms.

Google Workspace – these pricing models are available
Google offers four pricing models for Workspace.
- Business Starter: The cheapest package includes individual email addresses as well as 30 gigabytes of cloud storage per user. Security and management functions are included, as is standard support. Video conferences are possible with up to 100 participants. You pay 4.68 euros per user and month.
- Business Standard: This model also includes security and administration functions as well as standard support and individual e-mail addresses. With this model, you can access two terabytes of cloud storage per user. In addition, video conferences with up to 150 participants are possible, and the conferences can also be recorded. For these functions, you pay 9.36 euros per user and month.
- Business plus: In this price model, the individual e-mail addresses are supplemented with e-discovery and retention. The security and management functions are also enhanced. In addition, this variant offers the option of video conferences with up to 500 participants with additional recording and participation reports. Five terabytes of cloud storage are available per user and you receive standard support. If you opt for this model, there is a monthly charge of 15.60 euros per user.
- Enterprise: The most comprehensive version of Google Workspace offers unlimited storage, advanced security, management and compliance features, and extended support. For video conferences with up to 500 participants, noise cancellation and live streaming within the domain are possible in addition to recording and participation reports. Google does not specify a price for this model. You will have to contact the sales department if you are interested in the enterprise version.
