 By calling the Eurowings Hotline, you can have all your concerns dealt with directly by a member of staff. You can also find information about strikes at Eurowings. 

  • The telephone number is 0221 59988222 and may cost up to 60 cents per call, depending on your tariff.
  • Customer service is available daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.
  • The German hotline is bilingual and accepts English as well as German.
  • You can find additional international service numbers on the Eurowings website. However, these cannot be reached from the German network.
