You can find out your DHL shipment number in various ways. You can then use it to easily track the delivery of your parcels
How to find out your DHL shipment number
With DHL shipment tracking, you can always keep an eye on your parcel:
- When you shop online, you usually receive the tracking number of your parcel with the dispatch confirmation by e-mail.
- Alternatively, log in to the online shop and look under “My orders”: You should also be able to find the number there.
- If you can’t find a consignment number there either, you can also contact the shop’s support team.
- Smaller items or packages sent by post cannot be tracked.
- If you haven’t ordered anything on the Internet and are waiting for a parcel from your loved ones, the following applies: Contact the sender for further information.
