Cancel your Adobe membership – here’s how
– Cancelling an Adobe subscription is straightforward and quick. After signing in to your Adobe account, follow the steps below:
– First, select the subscription you want to cancel under “My subscriptions”. Then click on “Manage subscription”.
In the “Subscription information” section you will see the option “Cancel subscription”. If you do not see the “Cancel subscription” option, Adobe recommends that you wait a day and then try again. Usually, incoming payments are being processed in this case.
– After you have sent the cancellation, Adobe would like to know the reason for your cancellation.
– Finally, confirm again that you really want to cancel the Adobe subscription.
– Tip: Make sure that Adobe confirms the cancellation via e-mail. If you do not receive an email from the software manufacturer, you should check whether your cancellation was successful.
