You can contact Netflix customer service in various ways. Among other things, there is a hotline you can call.
How to contact Netflix customer service
If you have a problem with your Netflix account or a question about the streaming provider, customer service will be happy to help. When making an inquiry, please have your account details (email address) and the name of the device you are having problems with ready. Also make a note of the error message, if one appears.
- You can usually reach Netflix customer service quickly and free of charge by calling 0800 0004766. If you look for the call option on the Netflix page, you will be given a code to quote during the call.
- Alternatively, you can also ask your questions in Netflix’s live chat. To do this, visit the Netflix Help Center and enter the topic under “Your problem.” Scroll down and click on “Chat with us.” You will first be connected to a chatbot, but you can also request to speak to a real employee.

How to contact Netflix via the Netflix app
If you have the Netflix app installed on your mobile phone, you can also contact support via the app.
- Open the app, log in with your account, and tap the smiley icon in the bottom right corner.
- Go to the three lines in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Tap Help and then the Chat or Call buttons. The call is free via the Netflix app, but data charges may apply depending on your carrier.
