Do you want to meet aliens in The Sims 4, or even be abducted by them? There are several ways to track down the aliens in the game.
How to meet aliens in The Sims 4
To encounter the aliens, you’ll need The Sims 4 game along with the ‘Get to Work’ expansion pack.
- If you’ve already installed this expansion pack, it’s very easy to come into contact with aliens. Unlike in the previous game, The Sims 3, you don’t need to wait for your Sim to be abducted by an alien by chance; instead, you can take the initiative yourself.
- For example, let your Sim pursue a career as a scientist. This allows you to actively search for aliens and even spot those in disguise.
- In CaS (Create a Sim), you can create your own alien Sim and customise the alien’s appearance and traits.
- Aliens may also simply appear in the neighbourhood or abduct your Sim from a plot of land.
- You can also encounter aliens during space flights. This becomes possible once the rocket has been fitted with a wormhole generator. You can do this once your Space Technology skill reaches level 10.
Alien World: Journey to Sixam
- Sixam is a hidden location. You can only find it with special skills or a relevant career.
- Skills: To find the alien world – and thus the aliens – you need at least 5,000 Simoleons (Sims money). You can then purchase the steampunk flying object in Build Mode under ‘Objects by Room’ – ‘Office’ – ‘Hobbies & Skills’. You’ll also need to find a Sim to finish building the spaceship for you. This will automatically grant you the Space Technology skill – another prerequisite for space flight.
- Career: Have your Sim pursue a career in Science. Once you reach the highest level in this career, you can optimise the Electroflux Wormhole Generator. This will then allow you to fly to the aliens.
