How to cancel Xbox Game Pass
If you want to cancel Game Pass, simply go to the Xbox page and log in with your details. You can find the website by navigating to “Services & Subscriptions” on the Microsoft page.
- Click on “Manage” in Game Pass to get an overview of your subscription.
- In the “Payment settings” section, select “Cancel subscription” or “Turn off recurring billing”.
- If you select “Cancel subscription” for Game Pass, you can check whether you can cancel the payment and receive a refund. If this is not possible, deactivate the recurring payment to cancel the Xbox subscription for the next month.
Canceling Xbox Game Pass – on the console
You can also cancel Xbox Game Pass on the console. Here’s how to do it on Xbox:
- Press the Xbox button.
Navigate to “Profile & System” > “Settings” > ‘Account’ > “Subscriptions.”
- An overview of all your Xbox subscriptions will open. Now go to “Xbox Game Pass for Console” and select “View and manage subscription”.
- Now follow the instructions to cancel Game Pass.
