Hiding bruises – with make-up or clothing
Bruises, also known as hematomas, can be caused by even minor bumps or bruises
- A full-coverage foundation in your skin tone can cover the bruise for a long time. Make sure you use waterproof make-up so that the stain does not appear when wet. You should also avoid applying cream so that the foundation stays on the skin better. Powder the stain so that the make-up does not smudge.
- Concealer can help with very dark or purple spots. There is pink concealer that you can apply to the bruise. Apply the concealer with your skin tone over it and the spot should no longer be visible. Avoid applying cream here too.
Powder the area sufficiently with your powder. Always use waterproof make-up - You can cover blue spots on the body with clothing. Sunglasses can help on the face. On your neck, you can wear a scarf or a sweater with a high collar. A hair band or baseball cap can cover stains around the neck or on the ear.
