The red Power Bricks in Lego Lord of the Rings are well hidden. On your first playthrough, it’s not easy to find all the extra bricks—which include some fun gimmicks—without some tips. But don’t worry—help is on the way: In this guide, we’ll show you how to track down these coveted bricks.
General Tips on Power Bricks
There are a total of 20 red Power Bricks scattered throughout the game. You can earn them as quest rewards or purchase them for a few Studs. Quest givers are usually looking for a specific item. If you obtain that item, you’ll receive one of the red stones in return. This guide is structured to tell you where, for how many Studs, and in exchange for which item you can get the stones.
Mithril Blueprints
Since the quest givers want items made of mithril, your search will be easier if you simply look for the mithril blueprints and have the items crafted by the blacksmith in Bree. You can then turn them in to the quest giver.
