You can answer rejected calls on your iPhone with an automatic message. Even individualized messages are possible
Replying to a rejected call on your iPhone with a message
On iPhones, you can easily send a message to answer a rejected call anyway.
- If you receive a call, you will see the “Accept” and “Reject” buttons at the bottom. To the right of this is a handset that you can pull up.
- The buttons “Reply with message” and “Remind me later” appear. If you click on “Reply with message”, you will see all the predefined messages.
- If you select one of these, it will be sent to the caller by SMS (possibly at a charge).
Create your own templates for automatic replies
You can create your own auto-reply template via your iPhone settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone:
- Scroll down to the “Phone” item.
- Select the option “Reply with message”.
- Here you can set up a total of three predefined messages according to your wishes (see image).
