If you want to return your Sky smartcard, the most important step is to request a return label. We’ll show you how to do this and what else you need to bear in mind.
Sky: How to return your smart card
After canceling your Sky subscription or changing devices, you must return the Sky smart card. This card is the property of Sky and may not be kept after the contract ends.
- First, open the Sky returns portal.
- Log in to your Sky account here.
- Click on “Return device” and select the smart card.
- You will now receive a return label that you can use to return the smart card to Sky.
- Pack the smart card, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the respective shipping service provider.
