Teams error code 80080300 – What you can do
The error code can have different causes, which offer different solutions.
- The most common way to fix the problem is to start Microsoft Teams in compatibility mode. Even if you have installed the correct version for your operating system, the error will disappear by starting this way.
- Reinstalling the software can also help. Uninstall it, delete all data permanently, for example with CCleaner, and download the latest version. Now log in with your Microsoft login data. In some cases the error code has now disappeared.
- An update of the Windows version can also help. Check whether an update is available and carry it out. Make sure to make a backup of your data beforehand and store it in a safe place.
- If you still have problems running Teams on your desktop, you can also use Microsoft Teams in your web browser without any problems. However, please note that the full functionality of the application will not be available.
