  • Press the Windows key and the X key at the same time to open Task Manager.
  • Switch to the “Processes” tab, find your third-party antivirus software and right-click on it. Then select “End Task”.
  • Finally, check if you still see the error code.
  • If this method was successful, then the problem is probably due to the antivirus software being disabled. In this case, you should uninstall the antivirus software, restart the computer and switch to a different antivirus software.

The specified network name is no longer available: Enable SMB 1.0

You may receive the error code because you are trying to access a device that supports SMB 1.0. However, if your system does not support SMB 1.0, you must first enable it. Here are the instructions:
