Your new glasses from Fielmann are on their way, and you want to keep an eye on the delivery status? We’ll show you how you can easily track your Fielmann order so that you always know when your new favorite accessory will arrive.
How to track your Fielmann order
When you place an order with Fielmann, you will receive a receipt. This receipt contains an order number, which you will need to track the status of your order.
- Go to this page on the Fielmann website. Have the receipt you received after your purchase ready.
- On machine-generated receipts, you will find the order number at the top right under the barcode, while on handwritten receipts, the receipt number is made up of the 8-digit order number and the 4-digit branch number without spaces. Enter this in the field on the page and click on “Check status.”
- You will then see the current status of your order. Here you can find out when the glasses will be ready for collection at the relevant branch or when they will be shipped. However, the order status is only available online approximately 24 hours after the order has been placed.
- A Fielmann customer account is required for a detailed order overview. Here you can log in to view an overview of all current and previous orders and check the status of your order.
- To avoid having to constantly check the status, you can optionally activate an SMS notification. You will then be automatically informed as soon as your glasses are ready for collection.
- If you encounter any problems or the status is not displayed, please contact Fielmann customer service. They are available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the hotline 0800 343 56 26. A contact form is also available.
Ordering from the Fielmann online shop
If you would prefer not to visit your nearest store, you can also place an order in the online shop.
- Visit the Fielmann online shop and select the products you want. Place them in your shopping cart.
- Now you can log in to your customer account or create a new customer account. However, you can also shop as a guest in the shop. Select the option that suits you best.
- As a guest, you must now enter your details in order to purchase the item. Then proceed to checkout and pay for the item. You can pay via PayPal, invoice, or credit card.
- The delivery time depends on availability. A traffic light system is available to help you. Items with a green dot are in stock and will be delivered within two to four business days. An orange dot indicates that the item you want is not in stock. In this case, it may take up to ten business days for you to receive your order. Prescription glasses always require a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days due to the manufacturing time.
- For mail order items, such as contact lenses or items from the online shop, customers will receive an email with a tracking link and the shipment number after the items have been handed over to DHL, so that the shipment can be tracked all the way to your door.
