On your search for the Zhentarim Hideout in Baldur’s Gate 3, you will have to revisit a certain inn.
- We’re talking about Waukeen’s Rest in the north of the wilderness, which was probably on fire on your first visit. Now you have to find a shabby door at the coordinates X;-64, Y:566. In front of it you will find some crates.
- You can’t open the door just like that. You need the password or have to complete a few skill checks before you are allowed in.
- You can get the password either by casting the spell Perceive Thoughts when you talk to the guard or from the NPC Rugan. You will meet this character earlier in the game as long as you save him and his partner Olly from gnolls
- Once you have been let in, you will receive a key from the door guard. You are now just a stone’s throw away from the Zhentarim hideout.
Enter the Zhentarim Hideout in Baldur’s Gate 3
Baldur’s Gate 3 does not make it easy for you to explore the Zhentarim lair. You first have to gain access.
- To do this, you have to climb into a hatch and then look for a cupboard. This already looks very conspicuous and is theoretically impossible to miss
- You must use the key there. Go down the steps.
- Now you will meet Zarys. In the usual Baldur’s Gate 3 manner, you may have to complete further skill checks to gain entry to the lair.
- If all goes well, you are now in the Zhentarim hideout. Watch out! If you steal something and get caught, the entire organization will turn against you and your group.
