FIFA 24 is worthwhile for online players
EA Sports FC 24 differs only slightly from its predecessor FIFA 23, but the game can still shine with its online modes and matches against other players.
- If you prefer to play the FIFA series because of the Ultimate Team mode, the latest offshoot will surely please you. The mode has been refined and equipped with new ways to refine your team.
- Further on in FIFA- 24 it is now possible for the first time to add female football players to your Ultimate Team. This brings a bit of freshness to the game.
- In combination with the numerous player and squad updates, the other online modes like Seasons can convince. The engine on the pitch has been balanced to follow your individual playing style.
- Even for online players and fans of FIFA 23 EA Sports FC 24 is recommendable. You feel at home and can get started straight away.
FIFA 24: Lack of inspiration
Despite the adjustments to its predecessor, EA Sports FC 24 still offers too little to provide a new gaming experience.
- While the football itself received an update, which is especially noticeable through the Hypermotion V-System, something is missing especially in the single player. Here the effort on the part of EA is missing, which is otherwise noticeable in Ultimate Teams and Seasons.
- The career mode in particular is still not convincing. It hardly differs from the predecessors, still seems a bit stale and lacks passion.
- This lack of drive for the rest of the game away from the online modes runs through the entire game. EA Sports FC 24 is not really worth it for you for this reason if you want to play for yourself or had hoped for innovations.
