The Day Before release is eagerly awaited by numerous users. So far, however, the information about the release is rather obscure.
The Day Before: Release Info
The Day Before release has already been postponed several times. This info is known about the release of the open-world survival game:
- The game was initially announced for 21 June 2022.
- Due to a switch to Unreal Engine 5, the release was postponed, after which the game was scheduled for release in March 2023.
- This release date has been pushed back again due to licensing issues regarding the naming of the game. Also, due to this litigation, The Day Before can no longer be found on Steam.
- The last announced release date (as of September 2023) was announced on the Discord channel for the game and on The Day Before website, among others: According to this, the MMO is expected to be released on 10 November 2023.
- Many users on the game’s social media channels are wondering whether the game will really be released on that date, which remains to be seen. At the moment, the situation is very opaque. It is not clear whether the game actually exists and can be launched on the planned date. So far, at least, there is no way to pre-order The Day Before or test a beta version, despite the near release date.

Little is known about the gameplay and story of The Day Before, although the developer studio has already released several videos about the game.
- The Day Before has been announced as an open-world survival game set in a post-pandemic USA.
- After a pandemic, the infected evolved into zombies that must be fought in the game. The acquisition of food, weapons and other resources are other cornerstones of the game.
- After the first announcement of the zombie shooter, the game was compared to Tom Clancy’s The Division or The Last of Us, among others. Praise was given especially for the good graphics that the game seemed to have.
- At times, The Day Before was the most requested game on Steam. It has since been removed from the platform.
- The Day Before is initially to be released as a PC game. Later, versions for consoles are to follow.
