Gearbest: Shipment tracking – this is how it works

Your parcel from Gearbest is not always tracked. We explain what “Germany Express” is all about and in which cases you can track a shipment.

Before you can check the shipping status of your order with Gearbest, you first need to find out how the goods were shipped. “Germany Express” is not a shipping company, but an invention of the shop.

• You should be able to see a photo of the shipping label on your Gearbest account when you place your order. This will tell you which shipping company the package was sent with.
• The shipping companies are usually DPD, DHL or sometimes Hermes, and you can track the package with each of them.
