If you want to use your new Tchibo Mobil SIM card, you’ll need to activate it first. We’ll show you where and how to do this so that your SIM card is up and running as soon as possible.
Activate your SIM card with Tchibo Mobil
- If you’d like to register and activate your SIM card online, please follow this link.
- You can also have your SIM card activated at any Tchibo branch or via the Tchibo helpline on 0800 3000111 .
- A German identity card or passport is required for identification at a Tchibo branch (Tchibo Ident) as well as for online identification.
- You will find the mobile number and the SIM card number on the holder in which the SIM card was supplied.
- Once your Tchibo SIM card has been activated, it may take several hours or even two full days before you can use it. It is best to switch your mobile phone off and on again from time to time.
