How to make a return at Urban Outfitters

If you’ve ordered from the online shop Urban Outfitters and want to return something, you can do so within 30 days either at a local shop or online. The return is free of charge and you will receive your money back within three to five working days. Here’s how it works:

• Log in to your Urban Outfitters account and click on “Order History” in your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one and enter your shipment details to make a return.

• Then go to “Create a return” and select the items you want to return.

• Print the return label and delivery note provided by Urban Outfitters.

• Place the items you wish to return in a box and attach the printed delivery note.

• Seal the package tightly and stick the return label on it.
• Then hand in the return at a post office. The return label will state which delivery services are accepted.

• You will receive a tracking number by email. You should keep this so that you can prove that you sent the return in an emergency.
