The update to iOS 16 is planned for autumn 2022.

• With the new update, you can easily set your favourite photos as the lock screen wallpaper. The available filters also allow you to create a customised picture look.
• In addition to the picture, you can also customise the display of the time.
• In addition, many widgets are available that provide an overview of your most important applications directly on the lock screen.
• It will also be possible to create multiple lock screens and swipe back and forth between them.
• Notifications can also be personalised in iOS 16. Using focus, you can decide which app application can send you messages and which cannot. These will appear at the bottom of the screen from iOS 16 to present less distraction.
• For example, if you want to keep track of the status of your food delivery or the score of a football match, you can use the live activities on your lock screen.
