You can only cancel your Game or Teamspeak server in writing by letter or fax. There is no period of notice for most contracts.
– If you concluded the contract after 1 October 2016, you can also terminate it by mail. To do so, send an e-mail to info@4players.de. You should also ask for confirmation of the termination.
If the contract has already existed for a longer period of time, you will unfortunately have to terminate it in the traditional way. Be sure to include your name, address and server IP in the letter.
– Send the letter by post to “4Players GmbH, Deelbögenkamp 4c, 22297 Hamburg” or by fax to 040 513 06 599.
– If the cancellation is accepted, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive one, be sure to request it – otherwise the cancellation will not take effect.
