- The job of many IT specialists is usually to make IT systems available to the rest of their colleagues so that they can work with data on the surface without any problems.
- This includes simpler problems such as broken equipment. But it can also go into depth if there are problems with operating systems or programmes, or if network connections stop working, for example.
- The administration of server farms and the networks as a whole then runs in the background. These are typical applications that you usually only notice when they are not working.
