To switch to the first person perspective in Anno 1800, you actually don’t have to do much at all.

• Press the CTRL + Shift + R keys on your keyboard simultaneously.

• After pressing these three keys, the zoom will be activated directly.

• Now you are in the first person view directly in your own built world.

• Use the WASD keys to move around accordingly.
