How to craft the Nightmare Signet in Diablo 4
To make a Nightmare Sigil in Diablo 4, you need to complete various steps.
- The first step is to complete the main campaign in Diablo 4 and reach world level 3 to unlock the nightmare dungeons. These dungeons are more challenging and demanding versions of the normal dungeons and offer better rewards. To enter a Nightmare Dungeon, you need a Nightmare Seal, which also determines the difficulty level of the dungeon
- The nightmare seals are divided into different levels, ranging from Tier 1 to 100. You need different seals for the different tiers, which are tied to your world tier. A “Holy” Nightmare Seal is required for tiers 1-20 (available from world level 3 Nightmare) and an “Ancestor” Nightmare Seal for tiers 21-100 (available from world level 4 Torment).
- The item is made with seal powder and gold. You can obtain sealing powder by having the blacksmith recycle sacred objects and ancestral items.
- The amount of sigil powder and gold required for crafting varies. For a nightmare seal of levels 1-5, three units of sealing powder and 4000 gold are used. A sigil of levels 51-60 requires 350 units of sealing powder and 30000 gold
- Once successfully crafted, the Nightmare Seal is activated and you can use it in the dungeons. Its use leads to an adjustment of the difficulty and thus offers additional rewards for you.
