God of War Ragnarok: Stonebjörn Armour – where to find it.

To get the Stonebjörn Armour in God of War Ragnarok, you need to find four troll statues. Use the Slumber Stones to craft the armour

God of War Ragnarok: Before the search for the Stonebjörn armour

Before you can find the Stonebjörn Armour in God of War Ragnarok, you need to make some preparations.

• To find all four troll statues, you must have access to the Lake of Nine in Midgard. To do this, you must have completed the main quest “The Path” and the quest “The Fate Spell”.

• You also need the Draupnir Spear. For this you will need to complete the quest “Forging Destiny”. The spear can shatter rocks and ice in certain places.

• You will also need the Mystic Heirloom. You can find it behind the ice wall at Týr’s temple. Use the Draupnir Spear to get through the ice wall. Behind it is the Heirloom, which you can use to bring the Troll statues to life. Equip it.

In total you need to find four troll statues to have the Steinbjörn armour set made.

• Near the location where you found the Mystic Heirloom, visit the Abandoned Outpost by the Lake of Nine in Midgard. Next to the shop is an ice chain. Climb up it. Then use the crane to get across the chasm. On the other side you will find the first troll statue. Use your chaos blades against the ice troll.

• Southwest in the area The Forbidden Sands in Alfheim you will find the second troll statue. You can find the fire troll by climbing up the wall by the wooden barricade and the blue flag. The troll can be defeated with the frost damage of your axe.

• At Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim, you will find the third and fourth troll barrages in front of the temple. With the Leviathan Axe and the Chaos Blades, you will also defeat these two trolls.

Have the Steinbjörn armour made

Make the Steinbjörn armour with the slumber stones from the battles. Drop the stones off at one of the dwarven shops and you will receive the individual pieces of armour.

• The Steinbjörn breastplate gives you +112 points in defence. If upgraded, even up to 190. You also get an addition: the “Bloodthirsty Retribution”. This allows you to regain some health from attacks for a short time after you have taken damage.

• Stonebjorn’s bracers boost strength by 22-34 points and defence by 55-85 defence points. In addition, the bracers give you “Stunning Retribution I”. From now on, with a bit of luck, you can cause enemies to stumble and inflict 25 points of stun damage on them.

• “Stunning Retribution II” is obtained by using the Steinbjörn hip guard. The stun damage is 50 points as a result. Defence is increased by 77 to 119 points.
