Lethal Company: How many players can play together
Like other multiplayer horror games, group size plays an important role in the successful survival of Lethal Company.
- The game currently (as of January 2024) supports a maximum group size of four players. Even groups with two players can play together, as there is no minimum number required.
- You can start the multiplayer via the main menu. To do this, select either the menu item Join a Crew or Host.
- Host the game, you can invite up to three other players. This is possible via the Steam overlay. If you join a public crew, all you have to do is select it.
Expand group size in Lethal Company: Mods make it possible
If four places are not enough for your crew, you can increase the limit using mods. There is currently no other way to remove or adjust the limit.
- There are several modifications available for exactly this purpose. You can use these to significantly increase the group size
- One of the most popular is the More Company mod from the creator PS2ClassicsVault. This offers a group size of up to 32 players, but is designed for eight participants. This means there are no problems in the game
- Just as interesting is BiggerLobby by bizzlemip. This mod supports up to 40 players, allowing even larger crews to brave the dangers of the game.
- You can also use the mod LethalPlayers from Lightmaxifrvr. It allows you to open lobbies with up to 50 crew members. This will probably make it much easier for you to reach your quota
- The files are usually packed as .package directly into the plugins folder of the game or you can use the mod manager of the respective provider. It is important that all members install the mod
