You can unlock the clay litter in Medieval Dynasty using the Barn I farming technology for ten points. The scheme costs you 50 coins.
- You can then produce clay casts at the workbench in the barn. You will need ten units of straw and ten units of clay. You will then receive ten clay casts
- You can obtain loam or clay from loam deposits spread across the entire map. Look out for earth-colored mounds and then use a shovel to mine the clay.
- Alternatively, you can use the digging shed to mine clay permanently. You can unlock this using the Excavation Shed I technology and have to build it. Then hire NPCs to mine the clay
- Straw, on the other hand, can be obtained in numerous ways. You can simply collect the straw from reeds or obtain it as a by-product of agriculture.
- You then apply the clay throws to log and wattle walls. This seals them and increases the satisfaction of the residents. At the same time, less firewood is used to generate heat
