For example, if you have problems with your Canva account, it makes sense to contact support.

- Otherwise, you can also find this if you go to the Help Center on the Canva website, click on “Help” and then select “Contact Support”.
- Then fill out the contact form and click on “Send”.
- Depending on how urgent your request is, it may take a few days before you receive a response.

- There is no telephone support at Canva (as of December 2023).
