An email QR code is a special variant of scannable forwarders.
- They contain the email address of the recipient and a subject. This takes the work out of it for you as the potential sender and you can start composing the email straight away.
- To use, scan the QR code as usual with your smartphone, tablet or a computer. Your default email programme will then open.
- There are also email QR codes with integrated messages. They are generated by the sender and you can reply to them after opening them.
- Email QR codes are usually created using online tools such as QRcode Chimp. There you can enter the email, subject and message and have the QR code created.
