Ordering online at McDonald’s – this is how it works
If you fancy burgers, fries and the like, you can simply order the food online at McDonald’s. To do so, select the desired dishes either via the Lieferando app or on the Lieferando page:
- First you should check on the McDonald’s website or on Lieferando whether the desired McDonald’s branch offers the delivery service and whether your address is in the delivery area of this branch.
- Currently, McDonald’s offers its delivery service called McDelivery in 38 cities across Germany and delivers within a radius of approximately 2 km.
- McDonald’s does not deliver 24/7 and order times vary from city to city. You can find out when you can order from your branch on Lieferando.
- On Lieferando you can now put the food you want directly into your shopping basket. However, it is important to note that the order prices are somewhat higher than in the local shop.

You can choose between the usual classics such as Big Mac, Chicken Nuggets etc. In addition, there are also special menu combinations such as “Friends Party”, which are not available in the shop.
- In order to be able to place your order, you must have reached a minimum order value of 15 euros. There is no additional delivery charge, but the prices are slightly more expensive than locally.

You can pay either online via the app or website or in cash when you take delivery. To ensure that all the food stays warm until it arrives, it is delivered in an extra backpack.
