Whether you still have to wait for your online banking access or it is blocked, PayPal is still available to you without restrictions.
- You only need a bank account to use PayPal. When you create a PayPal account, you can leave your account number without an online banking account.
- The payment service sends you a small amount of cents to the deposited account. This will be shown to you after a few days.
- Then visit your bank to get a statement of account. You will find the amount transferred by PayPal on your statement.
- You then enter the exact value in your PayPal account to link the bank account. Now you can use the direct debit or credit card payment methods to use the payment service without online banking.
