Whether you have questions about the payout, the betting system or a technical problem – Tipico support will help you with every concern. Unfortunately, there is currently no hotline where you can quickly contact the staff. But you can also get help quickly in the other three ways.
- FAQ: You can find answers to common questions and problems in Tipico’s FAQ section. To do so, select one of the questions on the website and click on it for the answer.
- Chat: If your question could not be answered, you can reach Tipico support via the free live chat. To do so, open the Tipico website and log in with your account data. A chat icon will then appear on the page, which you can use to open the live chat. Within a few minutes, a Tipico employee will connect with you.
- Email: Alternatively, you can send Tipico an e-mail via its own contact form. You can reach this via the FAQ section. Select the desired topic here. You can reach the support via the button “Contact” below the article. You will usually receive an answer within a few hours.
