On Netflix, you can update the payment method at any time. You make the settings in your customer account. Only a few steps are necessary.
How to update the payment method at Netflix
The way described works both on the PC and in the app. If you use the app, you will automatically be redirected to the Netflix website.
- Navigate to the profile picture in the top right-hand corner and from there open the “Account” entry.
- In the next step, click on “Manage payment information”.
- If you want to change the bank details, enter the new information in this window. Click on “Log in to bank” and follow the instructions on the screen.
- If you would like to choose a different payment method, click on “Change payment method”.
- In the next screen, choose between credit or debit card, PayPal and the option to pay O₂ with your mobile phone bill. You can also redeem gift or special offer codes at this point to top up your Netflix balance.
- Once you have chosen one of the payment options, you will be guided through the rest of the process in a self-explanatory way.
- The new payment method will come into effect with the next billing period.
