How to turn off the iPhone 14

The iPhone 14 can be switched off in just a few steps. You can shut down the new Apple device either via a key combination or via the settings.

Turn off the iPhone 14: Procedure

The iPhone 14 can no longer be switched off with a long press on the side button as with other iPhone models with a home button. Instead, the Siri voice assistant opens here.

• Possibility 1 via a key combination: To switch off the iPhone 14, press the side button and the volume down button simultaneously for a few seconds.
• The shutdown menu opens on the screen. Drag the slider to the right here to turn off your iPhone.
• Option 2 via the settings: Alternatively, you can also switch off your iPhone via the settings. To do this, open the settings and tap on “General” and “Switch off”.
• Confirm by dragging the slider to the right.
