If you no longer need your Cyberghost subscription, you can cancel it. There are several ways to do this, which we will show you in the article
How to cancel your Cyberghost subscription
If you have the prepaid tariff with Cyberghost, you do not have to cancel separately. The tariff ends automatically at the end of the term. This can also be read again in the terms and conditions of Cyberghost.
- You have to cancel the subscription in writing:
- Send the letter to the following address: cleverbridge AG, Gereonstraße 43, 50674 Köln
- You can reach the customer service team by telephone for queries on 0221-2224545 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 19:00, Saturdays from 09:00 – 16:00 and Sundays from 10:00 – 15:00.

Cancel Cyberghost via the app
If you have taken out a subscription via the app, you can cancel it directly in the app itself.
- Android: Open the Google Playstore and go to your subscriptions. There you will see your active subscription. Here you can either pause payments, or cancel them completely.
- iOS: Go to your payments in the Apple Appstore. Here you can either pause the subscription temporarily or cancel it completely.
