Convert Pages document to PDF
It only takes a few clicks to go from Pages document to PDF file on your Mac, because Apple has built a PDF converter into its word processor:
- Open the desired document in Pages.
- Click on “Export…” in the “File” menu.
- Select the desired image quality from the drop-down menu and click on “Next… “
- Give the file a name, select a storage location and complete the process by clicking on “Export”.
