If you can no longer log in to Sky Go, this may be due to your login details or the provider itself. We’ll show you how to fix the problem.
Login to Sky Go no longer working
If there is currently no known problem with Sky or you receive an error message such as “207” when logging in, your details are incorrect.
- Check that your Sky Go PIN, customer number, and email address are correct.
- You can set a new PIN on the following Sky website. However, you will need to wait 30 minutes until the new PIN is available.

Login problems with Sky Go are often related to device limits or automatic logout due to inactivity. Please consider these factors if the problem occurs.
- It is important to regularly check the devices linked to your customer account and delete them if necessary.
- Sky Go is blocked on some company networks or with an active VPN, so it is advisable to test it on your mobile network.
- Since recent updates, temporary errors may also occur when logging in to Sky ID, which can usually be resolved by clearing the cache or reinstalling the app.
